A Troubleshooting

Using Bria Diagnostics

If you have a problem with Bria, customer support may ask you to turn on diagnostics to capture information.

1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings. If Verbose Logging is OFF, turn it to ON and click Apply Changes.

2. Reproduce the problem. When done, go to Settings > Advanced Settings again.

The e-mail opens in the e-

mail service that you have

configured on your iPad.

Tap Yes

The log file is sent to

A new e-mail opens

Enter a description of the

problem. See below for details.

Then tap Send
